Home & Lifestyle: Wraparound Services for Adults
Home & Lifestyle: Wraparound Services for Adults
Our Home & Lifestyle services focus on independent living and community integration. We currently provide wraparound services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Supported Living Services
People with disabilities deserve the opportunity to be fully integrated in their communities from day one. As a part of PROVAIL’s Home & Lifestyle focus, our Supported Living service* offers increased independence for those with more complex support needs while promoting participation in the community-based activities that engage each individual’s interests.
For many of our clients, this is their first experience living outside of an institutional, congregate care facility, or their first time living outside the family home. Our staff provide not only personal care and nursing services, but also support their desire to learn about and participate in their communities.
*PROVAIL’s Supported Living service accepts individuals with Core Waiver funding from the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA). Before reaching out, please review the DDA’s informative video on Supported Living and their Core Waiver instructional pamphlet to ensure clarity of services and next steps.

Brainspace Assisted Living Services
PROVAIL’s state-of-the-art Brainspace facility houses low-income adult TBI survivors who need support and supervision to be as independent as possible. In addition to 24-hour services, residents also have access to specialized supervision and additional areas of care appropriate to the unique needs of TBI survivors. Brainspace is designed as a shared living space with community dining areas, an open floor plan kitchen, outdoor and gardening areas, as well as specialized finishes that seek to make the home as sensory-friendly as possible for survivors.
For those interested in the home for themselves or a loved one, the individual must have a traumatic or acquired brain injury and funding for residential care from Home and Community Services.

Community Inclusion
PROVAIL’s Community Inclusion program in King and Pierce Counties opens the door for clients to connect with the community in ways that truly resonate with them. Imagine a client who loves art—through this program, they can join a local art class, and meet others who share their passion. Another client might enjoy volunteering, building relationships, and making a difference. The possibilities are endless and deeply personalized, ensuring that each client can engage in activities that reflect their unique interests. For those who qualify under the Basic Plus and Core Waivers or reside in Skilled Nursing Facilities (PASRR), these enriching experiences come at no cost. For more information view our digital flyer.
