Giving monthly is the most powerful way to support PROVAIL as we work to ensure individuals with disabilities are afforded the opportunity to self-direct their lives. The stability associated with monthly giving allows us to budget and plan as we work to bring our mission to life.  As a monthly donor, you are an indispensable part of the team, playing a direct role in our ability to set and achieve short and long term goals. 

To set up your monthly donation, go to our secure online giving form, enter the amount you wish to give each month, and be sure to select “Monthly”.  You may adjust or suspend your giving at any time.  Just send an email to supportingchoices@provail.org or give us a call at 206.363.7303.

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs, and will often double (or even triple!) charitable donations made by their employees.

Gifts in honor of someone: Honor someone who has made a difference in your life, recognize a milestone achievement, or celebrate a special occasion. PROVAIL will notify the honoree about the gift. Your special gift will give back, ensuring individuals with disabilities are seen, heard, and valued in their community.

The PROVAIL Legacy Circle honors and recognizes donors who have included PROVAIL in their estate plans. All planned gifts are welcome and important to PROVAIL, and there is no minimum to be a member. A bequest is the easiest and most meaningful way to ensure that PROVAIL is working to maximize accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities well into the future.  A bequest is a gift made through your estate, either directed by your will or through a trust distribution.

The first step is creating a legally binding will. We’ve partnered with FreeWill to provide you a quick, easy, and completely free resource to begin creating your last will and testament. Including a gift to PROVAIL in your will is a powerful way to ensure individuals with disabilities are afforded the same opportunities as others to self-direct their lives and engage with the community.

This tool is free to you, whether you choose to include a gift to PROVAIL or not. FreeWill offers online self-help solutions for common estate planning needs and related educational content. The donor-advised fund (DAF) is becoming an increasingly popular way to make a charitable gift.  DAFs allow you to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax benefit and then make grants from the fund over time to PROVAIL, an IRS-qualified public-charity.  If you have already established a DAF and would like to recommend a grant or distribution to PROVAIL, please make your check payable to:

Your gift of stock will help improve quality of life for children and adults with disabilities and can help you save on your taxes.  Stock gifts are credited by date of transfer to PROVAIL and must be completed before December 31st for tax credit in a given calendar year.  Please note that it may take several business days to complete the transfer. In order for us to properly acknowledge your gift it is important that you notify PROVAIL of the transaction, name of donor, name of stock, number of shares transferred, and gift purpose.
